What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with all credit cards, debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Troy) and bank transfer. Payments are processed through PayTR; your card information is not stored in our system.
Are installment options available?
Installment options offered by your bank are automatically displayed on the payment screen.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After payment is completed, a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address. You can also check the current status on the order tracking page.
Can I cancel my order?
You can submit a cancellation request to destek@mamakumbarasi.com before your order is shipped.
How many days does delivery take?
Your order is typically shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary by 1-3 business days depending on your region.
Is there free shipping?
Shipping is completely free on orders of ₺849 and above.
Where is my package and how can I track it?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email.
What happens if it can't be delivered to my address?
After 2 delivery attempts, the package is left at the branch. If not picked up within 3 business days, the product is returned.
Can I return a product?
You can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened food and hygiene products are excluded from returns.
How do I start a return?
Email destek@mamakumbarasi.com with your order number and reason for return.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product reaches us.
What does a Mama Kumbarası member mean?
Members are people who create their own wish lists to deliver food to street animals.
How can I support a member?
Visit the members page (/uyeler), add any product to your cart and purchase through the normal shopping flow.
Can I become a member too?
Yes! You can submit your application through iletisim@mamakumbarasi.com.
Is there a guarantee on product expiry dates?
All products are selected from items with at least 3 months until their expiry date.
What can I do for out-of-stock products?
You can request an email notification from the product page using the "Notify When Available" option.
